First of all, we will arrange a free initial telephone consultation in which we will clarify your questions and discuss the possible course of your coaching. We'll see if the chemistry between us is right. And you will receive my assessment of whether I am the right person for your needs. Then you can decide at your leisure whether you would like to work with me.
In coaching, we always go through five phases (“COACH model”). We adapt everything else individually to your topics and needs. A coaching session lasts at least 90 minutes.
After each session, you decide when we meet again. Experience has shown that the sessions have a lasting effect on you, so it often makes sense to schedule them three to five weeks apart. This gives you the opportunity to take the first steps towards a solution and we often make particularly effective progress in the follow-up session.
Coaching is a time-limited process. You will often see concrete results after just a few sessions. The guideline is six sessions to resolve your issue. However, this depends on you and your individual needs. You determine the intensity and length of the process.
